Job Description

Jefferson Consulting Group is Seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern!

As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to various marketing and communication initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting compelling content, executing media strategies, and engaging with audiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and graphics for marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and brainstorming creative campaigns.
  • Internal Communications: Support internal communication efforts through the development of newsletters, announcements, and updates for employees.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing and communications.
