LinQuest Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team to support USSF Space Operations Command (SpOC) responsible for the delivery, operational transition, sustainment, and disposition of Space Electronic Warfare capabilities to include programs that reach Milestone -C, Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations, Rapid Reaction Capabilities, and Prototypes.

The ideal candidate has a strong Lifecycle Management background and understanding of logistics support and sustainment requirements.

An active TS//SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility on day 1 is MANDATORY.

As Lifecycle Management SME, you will:

  • Review the logistics/sustainment needs for current and future capabilities IAW DoD Performance-based logistics policies.
  • Analyze and recommend changes to current materiel and non-materiel logistics sustainment capabilities.
  • Ensure long-range logistics sustainment requirements are identified and consistent with a Family of Systems (FoS) approach on CFSPs.
  • Identify logistics support requirements, provide analysis on potential impacts to current and future logistics infrastructure, strategies, and proposed best commercial practices.
  • Develop the initial Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) requirements for the Initial Capabilities Document (ICD). Update RMA analysis for the Combat Capability Document (CCD) and Capabilities Production Document (CPD). Identify new WSS future systems brochures requirements.
  • Develop and update initial maintenance training requirements during system acquisition to comply with the Space Training Contract Requirements (STCR). Attend training conferences and IPRs.
  • Analyze potential impacts to current and future logistics infrastructure, support strategies and best commercial practices. Review maintenance sustainment, periodic inspections and depot maintenance. Update and staff the LCSP with HQ USSF-approved changes.
  • Manage SEW, Range and C2 system TO development utilizing COTS manuals IAW the MIL-PRF-32216 process.
  • Monitor current TOs within ETIMS for current and proper references.
  • Review and input on Turn Over Agreements, Ops Acceptance, IOC/FOC declarations, test and evaluation plans, system specifications, ISP (to include System Disposal Planning), cost analysis, frequency allocation, mission protection, security planning, and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB).
  • Evaluate and validate system level requirements meet basic system design requirements from the ICD, CDD, CPD and MAJCOM clarification guidance.
  • Validate commercial vendor-developed LMI matches requirements stated in the CDD/CPD and TRD.
  • Review fielding plans and provide comments for SC, SDA, and C2 capabilities to comply with MAJCOM guidance. Review site surveys, mobility, pre-positioning, and aircraft load planning for HQ USSF SEW Program of Record (PoRs). Provide SPO with HQ USSF current upgrade priorities. Control and review all AF Form 1067s. Review provisioning documents and sparing levels in the FEDLOG system. Review and recommend changes to the JRMET plan, if Air AFOTEC is the test agency. Verify MAJCOM RMA requirements are captured and measured.
  • Attend acquisition provisioning conferences and meetings. Review provisioning documents and sparing levels.
  • Review decommissioning/redistribution plans. Review completed LCSPs to ensure modifications and system upgrades are included.
  • Identify, develop, and document sparing and maintenance strategies and TO requirements for RRC.
  • Review/coordinate on MOAs/MOUs with Theater and Host Base.
  • Recommend acquisition of GFE items.
  • Analyze developer's RMA data and develop Sustainment Strategy for RRCs.
  • Coordinate RRP staff packages. Review/evaluate technical trade studies and system specifications for impacts to reliability, availability, maintainability, and logistics life-cycle costs.
  • Review decommissioning/redistribution plans. Review completed LCSPs to ensure modifications and system upgrades are included.
  • Identify, develop, and document sparing and maintenance strategies and TO requirements for RRC.
  • Review/coordinate on MOAs/MOUs with Theater and Host Base.
  • Recommend acquisition of GFE items.
  • Analyze developer's RMA data and develop Sustainment Strategy for RRCs.
  • Coordinate RRP staff packages. Review/evaluate technical trade studies and system specifications for impacts to reliability, availability, maintainability, and logistics life-cycle costs.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • An active TS//SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility on day 1 is MANDATORY.
  • 10+ years space operations experience
  • 6+ years Field Command or higher headquarters experience
  • Experience working in classified (SAP/SAR) space environment
  • Experience with AF instruction documents and HQ USSF supplements, using HQ SpOC tool sets (e.g., TMT/NGeS, and MS Office)
  • Previous application of development, review, and coordination processes with documents and deliverables across all security levels (Unclassified, Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR)
  • Understanding of lifecycle management as it relates to logistics support of Space Electronic Warfare, Space Domain Awareness and Command and Control.
  • Knowledge of US Air Force and Space Force instruction documents and HQ USSF supplements.
  • Knowledge of preparing, developing, reviewing, and coordinating documents and deliverables across all security levels (Unclassified, Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, TMT
  • BA/BS desired
  • The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF, SAP-F, etc.)

Compensation:

  • The salary for this position ranges from approximately $90,000 to $100,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
