Primary Responsibilities

HDR is seeking a Construction Engineer 2 to join our team. Travel is required as project could be anywhere in the Western US.

In this role, we'll count on you to:

  • Perform complex construction assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard construction engineering techniques and procedures
  • Conduct project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding and scheduling
  • Receive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required data
  • Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
  • Construction engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Microsoft Office, Prolog (basic), Timberline and Primavera
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years civil construction experience

The expected compensation range for this position is $82,082- $134,849 annually/hourly depending upon skills.
