Job Title: Seasonal Ticket Office Internship Department: Ticket OperationsStart Date: MayEnd Date: Preference is for interns to stay through Labor DayJob SummaryFulfill the ticketing needs of all customers while providing them with excellent customer service.Tasks and Responsibilities Assist customers who purchase tickets over the phone & in-person Game day duties include assisting in the operation of the Ticket Office during walk-up sales as well as servicing clients in-person and over the phone Miscellaneous duties including, but not limited to, answering the main phone for customer service, assisting in the field tarp, etc. Other duties to be assigned Qualifications and Skills Detail-oriented person to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment Passion to work in the sports industry Strong customer service skills Previous Customer Service experience with phone customers is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills including successfully communicating with the General Public and other employees Computer skills helpful: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, TicketReturn Ticketing Software Positive personality and enthusiasm Available to work Weekends, Holidays and Evenings throughout the season TIMEFRAMEApplications will be taken under consideration until all positions are filled.
